Floral Service

a floral bouquet was ordered and paid for to be delivered to my home for March 25th. Nothing has arrived, no messages left to the Wesley Berry flowers has been returned and they do not answer any phone calls. Left on hold for ever. Difficult to cancel order or get a refund. We are left hanging with no product.
