orders flowers and did not deliver

I purchased some flowers from the company that appears to not exist! on 12/19/14. I did recieved any services. I tried to call back and they gave me the run around on the phone with a so call customer service rep and kept hanging up the phone and also has put on hold for a very long time no one came to the phone. a voice mail kept on directing me to go on line for any services! this bogish! company should be investigated. they rip me off for $84.
