I'm reading complaints and I see that my husband and I are not the only ones dealing with this!! These guys SURE DID FOOL ME!! We take vacations often, so i was excited to hear what they had to say and go ahead and sign up. However, this has been nothing but a nightmare and seems like everything that we were told is a LIE! Is there any way to get out of this? Can you close your account they are pulling money from? Is the BBB involved? and WHY if there are so many complaints that these people can continually steal from us?? Any information regarding what we need to do is greatly appreciated!!
