After being told I didn’t have coverage by 2 other western dental offices I ended up at a 3 rd. I was initially in for 1 cap replacement. Before I left I was offered implants for my bridge. In amazement I agreed it would be nice. The financing officer told me to come back at about six and make a payment of $1000 if I could to start the treatment.I could come up with $1000 but I came up with 500 and I went back about six when I went back in I wait I was told to wait for Noelle and one ladies left the last lady left the office. I told him I only had $500 he said it will be ok and to go up stairs .when I went upstairs to find a break room there and I was told to just wait there the financing manager comes up to the upstairs and he says show your titles and I’ll make sure you start your teeth . He kept saying come on it’s ok do it you want your teeth fixed. So He took me to the camera room and there he became more aggressive saying you better just let me go all the way . You want your teeth fixed ? He pulled out a condom and I said I just want my teeth fixed and he say you will just do what I say. After he said give me the money I’ll fix it and make it 700$ for you.
When I came with a check to complete my down payment he said it would be 2,500$ now and wanted me to meet at 6 again but I said no.
No work has been done
In pain and after being abuse I became hiatal asking why had no work been done.
This my 6 time returning I was told the Dentest won’t see me
I asked for my money back so I can go to another place but security was called on me
