poor service
On June 30th 2014 I had 14 teeth pulled. They didn't come easy, after 2.5 hours he was finished except for a small broken root. I need to go back to see a specialist in a month. The doctor then filled my dentures up with goop and shoved then in my very tender mouth and told me to bite down. Then he gave me my prescriptions and a card for post op appointment the following morning and said goodbye. I went home and cried myself to sleep. The next morning I tryed to clean the goop out but it was very difficult. At one point I used hot water. After I cleaned them the best I could I tryed to put them back in but they were VERY tight on the top and my bottom gums were VERY swollen. I looked at the top denture and it appeared to be warped along the top edge. I went to my post op appointment . I waited 1hr for doctor, he came in and took my dentures and said "look they're going to hurt awhile so your just ok" he then shoved them back in my mouth and left. He didn't even put goop in. I was NEVER given ANY type of instructions or guidence. Now I am worried the top dentuy is ruined. I have not been able to put them back in. Can YOU help me ?
