Hi i had reservations for Miami i called on Tuesday 911/17 to cancel because of the hurricane the hotel the royal palms was closed
A rep took my credit card info and said it was $25. He will send me an email now am calling back they have the rep who spoke to me on that day but now he have no knowledge of speaking to me.
SO who did I guve my card info to.
Now I cnt cancel this reservation
