Complaint lodged more than 4 months but not yet repaired the Remote Control System of TV
1) Purchased one "WESTON WEL LED SMART TV" On 27th January, 2018.
2) Remote Control System became non-functional and after lodging complaint on 4th June, 2018, received acknowledgement and Complaint id : LQ-8F5-33665KOSCO5-5758168 dt 05/06/18.
3) Online Service Coordinator of Westway Electronics Ltd informed that complaint had been passed on to a Company named "Jeeves" & their Engineers would handle the issue.
4) Between 8th June to 22nd July (about 45 days) so called 'Engineers' of 'Jeeves' occassionally visited about 5 times but could not solve the problem.
5) After 15 days, on 6th August, 2018, one Mr. Sukumar contacted me and informed 'he is one of the Managers of Westway Electronics & presently In-Charge of entire West Bengal State and comfirmed to get the job done soon (!!).
6) Now for LAST TWO & A HALF MONTHS, neither any one visited nor any one replied my mail(s).
7) I now express my doubt whether the Company is at all interested to repair or replace the TV Set.
8) Last FOUR & A HALF MONTHS I am totally deprived of using Smart TV features.
9) Pl help this 70 yrs Old Sr.Citizen.
