In July I purchased Whitesmoke grammar checker. It would not work with Open Office on my system. I sought a refund. They promised they could make it work. I allowed them several weeks of time in which to correct the problem. They assured me it would work but further trial revealed that it did not only not work, it locked up my computer programs and caused even more problems. I have again asked for a refund of the price I paid them.; So far they have done nothing but evade my efforts. Whitesmoke has caused me several problems and they have yet to refund the cost of the program.
