I am complaining about that I sent someone to the store to purchase me two packs of cigarettes from Wilco and they got the wrong brand...I wanted to do an exchange and We were refused to do so.So I wanted my money back and I were refused to get my money back as well....So my thing is ,how can you force me to keep something that I dont want??? I am a regular customer at that store because I live close by...I cant talk to the manager there until Monday and here is Friday.I dont have money to be wasting and buying something that I dont want.
