I currently live in Wildwood communities just wondering what are rent all entails. I would like a break down to see why rent is going up $25 a year and where it's going to. Do you have any special rates for handicapped or individuals that can't afford to live here anymore, because that's what is happening seniors are being pushed out of the community that they currently live in because they can't afford the rent anymore. I have lived here for eight years and I started at $400 and now it's up to $630. This was a very nice place to begin with but being pushed out isn't so nice. Please get back to me as soon as possible I'm very interested to see where our money is going to.
