very poor electrical work. had alot of things that didnt work and asked to be fixed and either didnt do it or did it very bad do not hire !!

I agree with you. All commercial construction projects usually come with atleast a one year warranty on the work that was done. Some contractors stand by their work even after that one year is over. But unfornately, most construction bids now are going to the lowest bidder and that can very well effect the quality, safety and craftsmanship or that winning contractor. It is a race to the bottom in wages, working conditions, safety in the work place and profit margins for responcible and quality contractors. There are good contractors out there, how do we make sure that they do this work and/or get the ones that arent to be better???
