on 31/7/19 my buyer Nur Atiqah shafie at address
Peti Surat 123, Kg Darat, Batu 19, Padang Perahu, Jitra, 06000, Kedah received from Poslaju delivery parcel is broken . we want to know how come the Items will be broken ? we use a thinker bubble wrapping and put in a bubble bag , is double protection . why still received the Items broken ? got peoples stepping on ? This time the accident, Poslaju must wants to blame the accident for this responsibility, to compensate my buyer . Please refer below the photo prove .
