After a week and a half of speaking to "Ashley" and to "Emma" - this is how my interaction ended with "Emma" leaving a conversation., . .. I had been requesting a quote, each time being promised someone would call me back - and no one does. Its OK if a company doesn't service my area, it was their duty and a courtesy to me as a potential customer to tell me that, rather than string me along.

After doing a google search, it appears that I was LUCKY not actually reaching them for service!!!!

So in short, they have poor service BEFORE - like in my case - and a quick google search you will see the they also lack in the Pre and Post installation areas as well. Multiple complaints to BBB and dozens of websites I saw complaints.

STAY AWAY!!!

Stay away from this company.

1. They have massive delays
2. There is no communication
3. Any communication is usually untruthful
4. They cost you time and money off work promising a install date, they don't show up nor do they call.
5. Michael Joasil is not a guy to be trusted in my opinion and from my experience he does not care about his customers... he does take your cash right away though.
6. The only way I was able to get them to respond was to open a case with the BBB and even in his responses the truth was lacking (prime example you window is at our warehouse... when I called him on that, well it's not there).

My opinion - every one should stay away from doing business with him.
