Had them come out and replace the defective windows. Took 4 weeks, they did not have all the windows took six more weeks then they sent and untrained employee to replace a casement window he broke the new window broke the old window, and put the broken one back in with wind blowing through the house they then said oh well it will be two weeks for the new window to come in. These people are the most incompetent people in Memphis. Be AWARE!1
