Greetings,

I'm one of the 250 Delegates of Philamlife to fly EMIRATES (for the first time) to EUROPE.
The trip was very satisfactory and memorable one. Only to be disappointed back home that one of my luggage was missing.

Adding insult to injury, a day after somebody from BAGGAGE CLAIMS DEPT. called me up informing me that EMIRATES will not compensate for my loss. For it was not properly packed. To which I disagreed!

During trip to BODEGAS STA. CATARINA WINE CELLAR I bought 6 BOTTLES of special wine (not sold in the market) carefully BOXED. These wines were to be used on our 31st Wedding Anniversary last June 12th.

We boarded the Royal Carribean Allure of the Seas. The Ship Attendant took good care of it.
The driver took good care of it. At the Airport I paid 10 Euros to have it plastic wrapped. At the Check in Counter I informed the Lady Attendant of the content of my baggage and the lady assured me that it will be taken good care and she instructed another Lady Attendant to hand carry my box inside. Beyond the check-in counter, I don't know what happened..? The lady attendant could have tripped off her steps and dropped my box! Or it was mishandled inside! Please check your security camera. One thing for sure, it didn't make it to the aircraft.

Hence, if it was improperly packed, would your check-in attendant have accepted my box knowing it contained bottles of wine and assured me that it would be taken cared of?

I'm sure your company will not risk its reputation of good service over 6 Bottles of wine.
