Unauthorised debits from my bank accounts

A company called Shoppers Discount has been debiting £10.00 monthly from my NatWest bank account for quite some time now WITHOUT my knowledge, consent or permission.
I hardly shop on line and a have no idea how this whole scam came about.
I would be most grateful if you can help me get back my monies please
