While staying at this Hotel we checked n on July 3rd and due to a roach problem was moved to another room. The same day moved we saw roaches on the new room which the manager stated it was just sprayed. We continued to have an ongoing problem with roaches and filed a complaint on Monday the day we were leaving and to this day no one has contacted us. The manager who took the complaint was going to forward it to the GM and we still have not heard anything back. Not even an apology. While there another guest instead of greeting me she asked did you have a roach problem which I did concur.
