The manager of this place and the front desk clerk two females I'm referring to when is the day with Susan poucher at the Carbondale Illinois location ask for a redo on her loan she had $190 in her account she wanted to refinance. When I called previous before going over they told me to come on over didn't need anything I get there she asked for a cover letter for Susan social security benefits never said anything about that on the phone so we going to take a seat we're waiting. Then after that other people came in they were served before Susan poucher and myself and I said hey what about my client Susan poucher and they said we'll get to it when we get there and I said no that's not how it works she came in here first she told me on the phone first come first serve so we arrived you took everybody else before Susan and I was very upset about it I spoke my peace but he asked me to leave and I said this exactly why I don't use world finance anymore because of the rude individuals they have working in their establishments anymore. This place needs to be redone retrain these employees about customer service and about dealing with individuals this day and age your loan payments are high your interest rates are high. I know it's a finance company yes I know it's very high interest rates according to getting a loan at a bank or other establishments but I brought a customer into you for you to make money off of and not only to be belittled and dissatisfied in front of my client was very disturbing made me mad as hell!! I am thinking about suing world finance and so is Susan for the actions that these two female individuals at the Carbondale Illinois world finance displayed in the Eastgate shopping center today December 1st 2022.

World Finance representative left two messages on my voicemail, essentially stating that it did ot make sense that we (World Finance) have to call you and leave messages and you don't return them but thats ok. I come up there and see you and be over there to your house. I received another message that stated "I promise you I am coming to get my money." This collection pactice is illegal...verbal threats to come to someone's home or place of employment. I paid off my loan early just to avoid dealing with their representative. am in the process of deciding if I wish to pursue legal action against the company for verbal threats and intentional intimidation. This representative acted as if the money owed was his personal money. My daughter has a loan out with them. I am going to pay her loan off as quicky as possible so dhe will not have to be subjected to their negative practices. If I were ever totally in need of funds to survive, I would not borrow from this company.
