You know the company is incorporated in Nevada and they have another branch office in Valencia, CA that has done the same thing to people. I'm planning on taking them to court. Just compiling all the facts right now. Hope you are successful with the Attorney General's office. Also check out /link removed/ for other complaints.

They did the same thing to us. But we're filing a complaint with the better business bureau, and state attorney general's office. These people need to be shut down. They are thieves.

Went to their presentation which asked for $9, 000 for promise of discounted travel services in the future. We did not buy and was given a coupon for a free 7-night cruise with Ultimate Executive Travel in Philadelphia.
I mailed in $248 money order for reservation and port charges and waited for over 1 month with no response.
I called Ultimate Executive Travel, talked to Kelly and was informed that it would cost more money beyond the $248 reservation and port charge to book any cruise. So the supposedly free cruise is not free.
I sent email to Kelly then called her on the phone. She said the $248 money is not refundable.
We will have to take legal actions to put these crooks out of business and in prison where they belong.

We also received the postcard and went to the presentation. When we foolishly decided to purchase their membership, we were taken to a back office and handled lots of paperwork to sign. Fortunately we read the fine print about the "free" cruise". We realized it wasn't free and there was no guarantee that we wouldn't get an inside cabin. So we balked and they scurried around and offered to reduce their membership price by $1, 000.00. They knew all along the offer of a "complimentary cruise" was a scam.
