I purchased the 5-year warranty on my couch for 5 years. After a few years, I had an incident and filed a claim. They denied very quickly (less than one day) based on one photo; I wasn't telling the truth and that the stain wasn't from what I was saying it was. There's no recourse either. I called them and they said sorry. You can dispute but only on-line and that takes months. Based on other reviews I'm seeing as well, please don't buy this warranty. It's a total scam.
