I had purchased the worry no more protection plan when I purchased my furniture from Macys. In cleaning out my closet I found my receipt that I never used the protection and was entitled to a refund if not used in seven years. I did purchased the furniture in 2006 although its been 10 years three years passed the seven I was told I am not entitled to a refund. No where on my contract says that I had to claim the refund within 90 days of the seventh year. I feel this is not fair I did not use the protection plan and would like to request my refund of $194.32. I would appreciate you looking into this matter for me.
