Bought a wool rug from Macy's and was sold a "protection" plan that the salesperson told us would cover anything our pet might do except scratch or chew damage. "If they can't clean it, they will replace it". Two months after we purchased the rug our dog soiled the rug. We called that day to file a claim to have it cleaned. After multiple calls, a tech finally showed up two weeks later and took some pictures. Nothing happened, no attempt to clean the rug, no communication, nothing. After many more calls to Macy's and WORRYNOMORE, we were told our claim was denied "based on the service technician's report and photos it was determined that you have an accumulation of stains on your furniture". First of all it is a rug not furniture, the rug was less than two months old and we called the day the dog soiled the rug. How can that be accumulation? This was has to be some form letter for denying claims. From reading previous complaints about this company, it is clear that they are in the claim denial business not the rug protection plan business. DO NOT BUY THIS COVERAGE. You are wasting your money.
