I bought a real leather sectional from Macy’s for more than $6500 and the sales lady convinced us that buying worry no more plan is a great idea as we have 3 kids and accidents can happen, I even told her I saw very bad review, she told as long as you file it right away, you will have no problem! I was stupid to believe her. My toddler drew with ink pen on the sofa in several places, I filed a complaint right away and the technician came , failed to fix it and said that he will send his report and we will hear from them soon. I just received a message that your issues are not covered while this plan is mainly for cuts and stains.
If they are going to fix it , I need my money back that I paid in this stupid plan!!! Please advice me and tell me what to do
