Keep charging me money

Keep trying to get 46.00 out of my debit card every month even after I have cancel my debit card along with a $2 charge to my debit card every month trying to cancel this access to my old debit card also took $9.97 to activate subscription can't seem to find any way to opt out of this opt out.
