I downloaded a game call final fantasy XV : A New Empire. I have made a complaint ticket. And i havent recieved my rewards. I recieved and email about this and customer support says i received it. I have sent many emails stating this didnt happen. But i havent recieved any response. I dont want to have to take this to social media and or the news. To say i was scam. So i need to taln to someone soon.
