I would like to share my story for all the innocent people who would like to lodge their file through wwics.
I had given them 25333 AED ( UAE DIRHAM)to obtain a job offer letter from canada
But they just got my documents & money & I hope that just put in into place & never ever seen towards that from 15th march 2014.


Without any doubt both companies (WWICS /GSBC) are acting commercially promising visa and job to Canada, with your certification fix on their office walls to secure genuine person not used to read 15 pages of contracts .

Here you can all find I had to raise their complaint to ICCRC CANADA to shake the coconut tree.Afterwards waiting for two years,I was able to get 20000 AED in refund.
So it means i went in total lose after waiting for 2 years (lost straight 5333 AED almost indian money value more than 1 lakh)

I did not received in 1 year ,either a job offer and consequently a visa therefore I’m requesting a refund of my money as it is clearly stipulated in my contract signed with your ICCRC Member .



Please see below and review the Refund policy :



9. Refund – page 14 of the contract that : “ In case associated company is unable to obtain Job Offer from Canada after submissions of relevant documents, total fee paid by the client will be refunded to the client after deduction of 25 % payable as per this agreement .”





Beside the fact that WWICS is showcasing the certification of the Canadian Immigration service in order to secure candidates and get paid, clearly the mechanism that they put in place to take advantage of genuine consumers attracted by the fair Canadian Immigration system is as mentioned below :



WWICS Mechanism :



· An office in the city center in a nice buildings

· Few Flyers and roll Ups in between few Green Plants

· IRCCS Certification on the wall

· Aggressive Sales speech

· possibility of getting reimbursed in case of any jobs & Visa would be proposed.



Again ,since I had paid on the 15th March 2014 to Wwics( established in Abu Dhabi) in cash 25 333 Aed ( 8545.48 Canadian Dollars ) they never sent me any elements who would have reflected the facts that they were really working on my research , regardless the fact that I’m qualified in my field.



This is where I’m standing since nearly 1 Year sending numbers of emails , calling and never get on the phone the decision maker.





1.In order to progress I would have few questions regarding the investigation process from your side:



Ø As an investigator of ICCRC are you just acknowledging the responses of different parts involved only or you have the authority to really investigate …



Ø WWICS is showcasing a certification from your service who is an Official organism from the Canadian government , they should comply with a certain numbers of procedures and especially when it comes to refund process…



Ø Is there any possibility that I could have a tele conversation either with one of your collaborator her in Middle East , or you in Canada





2. Please see below elements of answers Mr. Devinder Sandhu - ICCRC : R418415 :



(The document forwarded form your legal certified member is a word document with no legal value and commercial registration here in UAE … Is it a document that you had copy/paste … can I have the original copy of it…..)







Mr. Devinder Sandhu - ICCRC : R418415 : “I am not responsible for this matter as I have not represented this case as an Immigration Consultant and moreover this is not an Immigration matter.”



Regarding this topic, the contract is very clear :

Contract WWICS : page 4 : 2.Duties of Client/a.

Clearly specified that WWCIS is the only authorized by the associated company and the client to submit the application for

temporary Resident Visa ( c and D category ) to the processing Office on behalf of the client for which WWCIS will not charge any fee from the client



This part of the contract clearly contradicts the fact that Mr. Devinder is not responsible for any immigration matter and you will understand that considering all the elements that I have detailed above , I will not accept that no corrective actions would be initiated from your side to support me in order to get my refund as per my contract. We would be in a situation where you would support practice who are not in line with a contract of an ICCRC Member.



I would prefer to solve the problem with you using your expertize as you are in place to control that type of companies who are using your certification officially, and numbers of situations concerning WWics are already posted on social media, by genuine consumers who do not have the strength to defend their basic consumers rights. also be aware that I will never give up as it is obvious that I am a victim of Fraud, until I get my money reimbursed as per my contract and even if it takes me 10 years to get it.





If I’m not reimbursed as it is clearly stipulated in my contract I will escalade my situation to the Local authority as this company in under local jurisdiction and request additionally a meeting with the immigration department at the Canadian Embassy.
