I have placed an order with Art Karat for a jewelry product 2.5 months back. I was told that they will ship my product within 8 to 10 weeks. Till 4 weeks from the date of order placed, these people replied to me over the emails. Now when its the time to ship the product, nobody is replying to the emails, neither the customer service numbers are available. Once the customer care replied to me that they will call me back in 5mins after checking the order status since then it has been 5 days now the number I contacted is not reachable. My order number is 15353.
This is such a harassment to the customers. They charge you 100% before you place the order and now when its time to deliver nobody from them is responding to emails or calls. These people are fake and just trying to make money.
Do these people even exist?
