i got message in my mbile that my number is choosen for somethng

At the end of October I reviewed my bank statement to find that I had had £149.94 withdrawn by be2 for 6 month payment for membership

It seems that every six months since March 2011 they have been deducting this amount even though I cancelled my membership. I appreciate that I have been niave and not checked my bank statements properly but certainly when the first of these payments was withdrawn I was travelling for an extended period without internet access.

I tried to access the site with the user name and password I recall and the site quite clearly showed that I was not a full member - hence I was paying for a service that I couldn't even access. Having explained what happended my bank refunded the money to me, stating that they had had similar complaints through their department.

About 4 days after the bank returned my payment I got an email from www.be2.co.uk billing department basically threatening that if I did not pay within 30 days they would take action to recover and this would threaten my credit score.

I have tried to contact the website now on 3 separate emails but I've had nothing back other than a standard stock auto-reply email. I can't access the site to try to deal with the matter as they've totally blocked my access and I am unsure what to do next as even if I was to pay, I have no understanding how to do this given their behaviour?

I am prepared to take legal action as my credit rating is important to me and my occupation
