I made a purchase for carparts and all items appeared to be in stock, it says ready to ship within 24hrs so I went ahead. It's now over 14days and I only received 2 out of 5 items ordered, I decided to contact carid.com to find out what's going on, customer service through chat informed me that all three items had to be sourced from their supplier but supplier defaulted and they have to try another supplier. I asked why the waste of time and then this, I was told to be patient that parts will be supplied soon. I was curious to find what was going on so I did another search using part numbers on their site, yet again it says ready to ship in 24hrs. Apparently they do not have anything in stock their website is old probably never updated and wasting innocent people's time with their broker business. Must they lie to earn money?? Must they lie and take people's money and then source parts for them. Why can't they change the site to ready shipped in two weeks??? That way people that can wait will do so. I strongly regret ever working with this company and do not wish anyone to have the same experience as I did. They have nothing absolutely nothing in stock. They will take your money and go find the product then ship which anyone can do. Carid.com are time wasters stay away go to the source like rockauto. Rockauto are the best.... Never have they disappoint, never
