retrait carte visa

de nouveau un retrait 12.31 sur mon compte avec visa,JAMAIS j'e n'ai demandé un service pour ce prix là.Et encore moins donné mon no.de compte ou no. de carte.Comment ont-ils fait pour le savoir??J'attends un remboursement et l'arrêt immédiat de ces procédés.

unauthorized charges

My name is Cesar Onofri and I had Unautholized charges on my visa card
I'm going to post my complaint for other users information

On October 10 th was debited in my account Euros 10.70 of charges unauthorized made by the company www.dellmont.com/ASK .
so and I'm going to report to my VISA card
Please is anyone that can solv this situation ? thank you
