An survey from a pop-up offered free e-cig starter kit upon completion of survey. The only requirement was to pay for shipping in the amount of $6.95. I received the package in what seemed to be just under 48 hours. I thought , "their shipping service was excellent. A couple of days latter I was checking my bank statement and noticed that there had been 2 debits in the amount of $98 total amount of $196. When I called the toll free number I was surprised that a rep. had answered in 4 rings. I explained to the lady that there had been a mistake in charges deducted from my account. She looked up the order number and said that there was only one charge showing but it was not even in the amount of one of the charges. It was in the amount of $83. She insured me that she had already processes a refund. Back to my account and apologized for the mistake. The next day I received another package from e-cig with tobacco refills and a bill for the amount of $83.Odd that it was the amount she was only able to see. Nothing odd about this , e-cig has recruited a highly experienced phone reps. They are truly one of the smoothest I have come across. I closed my account and am making aware all that I come in contact with, through word of mouth and the social media. I noticed at bottom of this complaint form they would like you to attach a photo, yea right. THISIS ONE COMPANY NOT TO BE TRUSTED
