when I run a ads I got a sms on my phone that fb.me/ads IE charge 31 $ . I was socked . After that when the ads reach 31$ (my account Payment Threshold ) then fb charge 31$ and instant this time my threshold will 35$ and fb.me/ads IE charge my 35$ . It's totally scam . I want to know why facebook charge my balance from my account and I refund my balance.
