Fraudulent Charge

I was charged on 04/06/2016 for something I know I never paid for. It was for a company by the name of www.fb.me/cc.CA. The charge was for 35.99$ which resulted in an overdraft fee of 35.00$ as well. Then on 04/07/2016 I was charged again this time for 9.99$. I want to know how this is happening because I wasn't even near my computer on those days and I would never put money on what seems to be another persons card please help.
