I wanted to purchase the one way ticket for travel from London Heathrow airport till Jinnah International airport with the Pakistan International airlines ("PIA") with the departure date 9 April of this year.
PIA site offered the search of the flights in the very beginning of their services on line.
After I started to search the desired flights, PIA showed that the flights are not available on this route for me.
I wanted to fill the complaint against PIA in the magistrate court Karachi or in district court of my place of residence untill I met the article "Even if speaker cites Article 5, no-confidence motion cannot be rejected" of geo.tv - the Pakistan based site.

I tried to understand to meaning of the article of journalists, the positions of the parties involved and the expectations from output of my potential complaint against PAI, if I feel the complaint in the magistrate court of Karachi.

I made understanding of the article of journalists with the difficulties and after I put my eyes on the document "SUO MOTO CASE NO.1 OF 2022" of the Supreme Court of Pakistan dated 3.4.2022 ("Date of Hearing : 03.04.2022").

1. Journalists stated that "Justice Bandial maintained in a written judgment that his fellow judges had approached him and had expressed concern over the constitutional crisis the country was facing".

I (not only me) did not find, the "constitutional crisis" Pakistan was facing or is facing nowadays.

The "constitutional crisis" is minded conclusion of politicians, which is state of the country with the minimum characteristics:-
- the political parties are not allowed to conduct legal political activity or they can not be formed and
- the access to all courts are absent and
- the elections are barred or not scheduled by law and
- the factual acts of president are barred or president is unable to execute his constitutional function by any other reason and
as a result,
- the national bank is unable to control the circulation of the Pakistani rupee by law,
- shortage of the basic products is marked wildly by population.

Nothing from the above is visible in Pakistan for decades.
The political battles between the different registered political parties do not affect the work of Pakistani election commission - an independent body, which was set up by the president and by its chief.

2. Also, I wish to make the remarks on the undated ORDER "IN THE SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN" ""which states "Date of Hearing : 03.04.2022", which gave rise of article of geo.tv journalist.

The petitioner shall demonstrate sufficient competence before the Supreme court (Article 5 of the Constitution).
The registrar of the Supreme court shall control the access to the court by the qualified petitioner (Article 1 of Order III, order of the Supreme court rules.

If the register made a legal mistake and he registered an unqualified petition for any other reason, the duty of the Supreme court is to deliver the order (decision or judgement).according to the constitution and its rules.

The order is examined, if the outcome relates to the legal and factual stuff of the petitioner. Order of 3.4.2022 of "SUO MOTO CASE NO.1 OF 2022" refers to the unspecified documents of others or to gossips, if the attached documents (evidences) are not mentioned for public in the final act.

The journalists likely presented in the hearing, so he was exited in putting his impression from the session for Pakistani native educated readers.He described the positions of the parties. The position of the parties are recorded in the minutes or in a casual camera of the computer primary by the qualified registrar of the court.

The dialogue between the judges and the rest of the presented lawyers evidently demonstrates that the judge wanted to find the casual connection between the heard participants, their given facts, the request of the primary petition and the law.
The expressed dialogue demonstrates that clams of the petitioners are beyond the jurisdiction of the Supreme court.

If the Pakistani lawyers spend the session time for weeks in the dispute, which can be resolved within 2 hours, may be 4 hours, including service of the delivery, it means other petitioners can wait until the lawyer of the Registry invites the party.

If the Elections commission will announce the decision on the commencement of the election campaign, it can add the load to the courts as it is not the decision of the Parliament, where the speaker and the members must control the application of the Rules until the decision is served to the people of Pakistan.
