DID NOT ENGRAVE MY RING AS REQUESTED

I purchased a Claddagh birth stone ring, the size was right and so was the birthstone, I paid an extra £8 -16 for and engraving and they DID NOT PUT THE RIGHT ENGARVING IN THE RING, I asked for SEAN AND BRENDA 28/03/1962 to be engraved on it .and it came with only Brenda engraved, so I would like my money back for the engraving , or it replaced and done PROPERLY
