I REGISTERED A DOMAIN AND HOSTING ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND AFTER WAITING FOR 6 LONG DAYS THEY STILL DON’T ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED AND ALSO GOT THE HOSTING ACCOUNT AND DOMAIN DETAILS BUT WEEKS OF WAIT MY DOMAIN WAS STILL NOT MADE ACTIVE. I TRIED CALLING AND SUBMITTED SEVERAL TICKETS WITH SAME REPLY COMING EACH DAY SAYING WAIT FOR 4-5 HRS FOR WEBSITE TO GO LIVE. NEVER SIGN UP WITH THESE GUYS, THEY ARE FAKE AND THEY DON’T RESPOND AND ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY DON’T GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ORDER NOR DO THEY GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.

I just wanted to send a note on a perfect customer service experience. I called in and had a plethora of questions regarding 2 domain names that Carol helped me with. She was patient and explained things to me a few times without making me feel less than, as most tech-based places can make one feel. She walked me through changing my main domain name, integrating a new one and how/where the file structure was for me to move my site from MobileMe to you guys. She also went through the basics of creating an FTP account while we were on the chat... and how to manage that.
