I, too have experienced the exact same thing with this company. I placed an order in Sept. 2011 and two months later still had not received it. After contacting them 5 times with no reply, I finally got an email that said my backordered items were being cancelled and they would issue me a refund. It's been 4 months and still no refund. They won't reply to my emails and if you call you can't get thru to anyone or leave a message! SO MAD!
