TAKING MONEY

YOU HAVE BEEN TAKING £10 A MONTH FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR I DONT KNOW HOW LONG. I HAVE CONTACTED YOU DIRECTLY AND YOU HAVE FOBBED ME OFF BY SAYING YOU HAVE NO RECORD OF ME AND THEN ASKED FOR MY BANK DETAILS? THIS IS SICKENING AND I EXPECT YOU TO PAY ME BACK ALL FUNDS YOU HAVE STOLEN FROM ME OVER THE PASSED MONTHS.
