Unauthorized taking of money

Shopper discount have been taking £10 from my account since December of 2010. The total they have taken to date is £710!!

I want a full reimbursement of the £710 of my money immediately and taking legal action to make sure this happens.

I've never signed up to this site and certainly never authorized the taking of my money!
