£10 a month has been taken from my bank account for over 3 years totalling £320 , I am devastated as being a pensioner (75) simply cannot afford to give this money away, I have contacted them and they say I purchased something from Argos and signed up for this at the same time ,I would never knowingly have signed up ,have certainly not had any refund nds or discounts off anything ,this is a blatant scam and will not let it drop ,the name of this company started with www.shoppersdisc.co.uk and about year ago changed to WLY.SHOPPE. On my statements .My daughter has only just noticed these payments on my statements and is helping me write this .

Dear Sir,
On checking a statement from a rarely used account I share with my disabled sister, I was horrified to find that this company has been stealing £10 from us every month, going back, incredibly for some years. This account was a joint account set up to pay for the headstone for our Mother's grave and has been untouched for some time. This is why I rarely look at the statements but file them,
This despicable company has been taking this money without my knowledge or consent, it can be called fraud or a scam, I call it theft, pure and simple.
I have emailed them twice without receiving a reply and will now be visiting my bank to stop the payments at this end.
I will also be seeking redress and repayment of this money and will be taking legal advice for action against the company if necessary.
I an appalled that this can still be happening and companies such as this still get away with scams such as these. I have never received any benefit or discount for any goods, nor have I had any communication from the company that would alert me to their existence. These people rely on people like myself who do not check statements and stop them in time.

Unauthorised Withdrawal

I am absolutely fed up with Shopper Discount! Despite asking my bank to stop paying them they have had some problems (apparently) because they have used two different company names Shopper Discount and WLY* Shoppe. Of course they could be two different companies but I find it unlikely as it is always £10 taken around the same time each month. Where they got my details is a mystery as I always shred my letters and never, ever give my bank details over the phone. I do order items online so that may be the problem.

I have noticed that I too have been having a discount from my bank account without my consent and will be going to the bank tomorrow to establish how much has been taken out. I have not authorised this and see this as a fraud. 15 a month.

Trying to get this illegal withdrawal of money from wife's account and all we get is GIVE us your bank account details!( yeah right!) and even card details!!?

This will stop. NoW as we are getting legal advice to do it properly. We areNot even on your system anywhere yet you take monies of us...

And no we are not a member.never have been Never will be.

money withdrawal without consent

After checking my bank statement this month i noticed you had taken out £15 so i checked the rest of my bank statements all the way back to april and you have taken £15 every month with out my consent. i would you to stop taking the money as i have contacted my bank.

please refund me all the money you have taken which in total is £105 if this happens again i will contact my bank again and report you to fraud.

monthly withdrawell

Hi, After checking my bank account this month I saw an unexpected amount of £10 being withdrawn, which has been overlooked previously. I have looked over my previous Bank Statements and was horrified to have seen that you have taken this for 14 months without my knowledge.. I don't no when or how I have opened the account with you and have never been informed that you are charging or deducting £10 from my account. I would like to stop this [ cancelation number 36286208] and receive a complete refund for the previous months TOTAL 14 . An account I have never wanted or used for total of £140 .

If any more money is taken I will report you for fraud...

Unauthorised withdrawl from my account

I have just realised that that Shopperdisc.co.uk have been withdrawing £10 per month since 05 April 2013, I don't know anything about this and have certainly not authorised this payment at any time. As I have not had direct dealings with this company how can this have happened without my knowledge? I am going to cancel this withdrawal and seek reimbursement of the total amount paid as I regard this situation as illegal and as fraud.

£15 recurring direct debit taken from my bank account

Since February 2015 I have unknowingly had £15 a month taken from my account without my authorisation. I didn't even know About your stupid company until I checked my bank statements this morning. £15 Payment every month?!?

I have noticed continuous payments being deducted from my account each month without authorization. I have never agreed to these costs. I demand you stop all payments and expect a full refund. By the looks of all the feedback from others, it definitely seems like an act of fraud.

Shopperdiscount

I also had £10 removed from my acocunt. I spoke to my bank who advised called them and cancelling this payment. I called them and they have now cancelled the payments. They said teh account was started after I had made an online purchase with Pizza Hut.

Ridiculas that a Company can do this without my knowledge.

You can call them on 0800 731 99 35 to stop this. Also, ask for a confirmation email.
