The above is my final reply to Zuji, after many months of trying to get back my S$100.00 penalty I had to pay because the alias appeared on my ticket. Be careful with this Indian company.

The two passengers did not agree to pay the penalty of S$100.00. Your Zuji office said if they wanted the total cancellation, each ticket would be deducted S$150, which would be a penalty of S$300.00. So they decided to continue with the journey. Since you cooked up all sorts of excuses, you can now keep the S$100.00 for yourself. But I will continue to post this incident on the internet. Your lawyer will have to write to me if you want the posts deleted.
