my wife and i have had a time share with shell vacations for years and they were bought out by Wyndham witch is a time share also.we went to meeting in Napa calif. with in last two weeks to see what was new.at the time Wyndham was buying out Shell vacations they ask us to spend five hundred dollars for all new things that were coming up.they there would be special deals for us if we did so.what a waste of five hundred dollars new deal is yearly maintanice fees are going up from one thousand dollars to seventeen hundred dollars a year and if we would spend another we would get a twenty 20% discount on yearly fees.how stupid do these people thing we are.they also told us if we didn't upgrade our time share would be worth nothing.i don't think it is worth anything any way.i no i can't sell it.i would like to see state get all over these people.Ken Stanley.
