Dumb pre order glitch rip me off

I pre order 5 games last month in September. WarFACE, Bo4, WWE 2k19, Assassins creed Odessy , and Fallout 76. Now i was able to play warface early..but I checked my credit card and wasnt charge but i know i'll payed for it because it let me download..What!!
when AC came out 3 three days early. Microsoft is going to say I didn't pay for it when I know I did .. and have me download THE COMPLETE DLC SEASON PASS STUFF, BUT TURN AROUND AND TELL ME I DON'T HAVE IT!! REALLY because you ### up or someone did something stupid.. . REALLY

Hallo

Mein Sohn Jean hat seit Dezember einen x Box. Seit 4 Monaten haben wir regelmaessig Abbuchungen von der Kreditkarte von mehrmals 20 €

Wir haben die Visa Karte gelöscht und bitten sie alle möglichen Abonnements und Einzüge zu stoppen. Danke
