I have been charges for services on X-box online games on March 10, 2014. I had my daughter call in for one $9.99 game and was charge 7 times off my account. The charges are 0308/309 MSFT 24430994068400801037313/24430994068400800043502/24430994069628/24430994068400802213301/24430994068400807028860/24430994068400808032762/24430994068400807006130 in the amount of $58.64. Would like to know if the amount of $58.64 will be refunded to me, because the order was cancel by my daughter. This is not authorized by myself to over charge me for all the additional games. Please keep in mind that we are working for a living and we do need the money for other bills, etc. I hope you will consider working with me and refund the amount back to my account.
