I do not believe this is the fault of the XBOX Co. because I have had a XBOX Live account for over a year that my better half pays for with a different card with no problems at all. I personally have a Direct Express Card that has 3 charges for XBOX Live Billing. The very first one was last month for $1.07(must of been testing card), then this month 10/03/15 for XBOX Live 800-469-9269 WA @ $9.99, and again on 10/05/15 for XBOX Live 800-469-9269 NV @ $9.99. I have no idea how someone could have gotten my card information. It is used one time a month through the Direct Express website to transfer money to pay my bills and that is it. I was reading online that this has happened to a lot of people on S.S. Thankfully I already paid my bills and only $20.00 was left on the card. Also Direct Express customer service wanted to just put a block on XBOX charges! Tell them no way you want a new card! Who ever has your card information will just use it somewhere else(I actually had to tell the lady this). Now I have to wait up to 10 days for a new card and 45 days for the fraud investigation to be done to see if I will get that money back. Good Luck to all, Always look at all monthly statements!
