Over charging

About a month ago I got Xbox live Gold for my son. You charged me on the 14th November but my son couldn't play. It's said he needed to subscribe again. We went to check it out today the 20th November and came across $1 for the next 11 days then normal charges apply. I checked my account just then. You charged me the $1 and also took the normal amount out as well. Not happy, I want a refund on both dates! I don't appreciate being ripped off! Do something or I will tell everyone what scammers you are 😡
