This is to bring to your notice that i have filed a claim for damages on 5th of March 2020 , for the damaged screen of my phone. I have provided all the necessary documents that were asked for then and there only . Even then there are no further proceedings in the case till date after 10 days too. Every time this company rejects it asking for some or the other information as an excuse to delay it as much as possible. I have called almost more than ten times in this company to request the timely process of claim and its settlement but only adding to the pathetic experience from this company , i haven't got any update, reply or even support from them. They simply refuse and express their inability to update me about the proceedings by portraying themselves as totally unknown to the process and blaming it on some other third organization named "NIC". Additionally in their endeavors to just delay the process as much as they can, on 12th March , 2020; i was asked to submit a written report of how the damage took place and the same was mailed at the same time without any delay. Even after this, there is no action taken from their side.
