I purchased micromax lapbook L1160 from amazon in may 2016 after one and half month a problem encountered in the display and then i approach service centre in ludhiana and they asked me to submit my lapbook it will take 21 days to repair . i submitted my device on 11 july 2016, but till today i do not get my lapbook back from service centre . on asking about the delivery of my product they straight forward told that it will take 21 more days. but can not commit that how many 21 days they take . i dont even know that whether i will get my device back or not. its highly frustating. i chosed this company as it is indian company but i think i committed a mistake. now i will never suggest anyone to buy micromax product. my jobsheet no is N090346-0716-24324421
