Dear Sir,

On 16.8.2016, while I was travelling by Bus, Badurpur, New Delhi via Bus Route No. 473, the above Mobile with Dual SIM has been stolen by somebody which was kept in my left side pocket. I tried to locate it and asked somebody, but I could not found it.

I request you to register my complaint and give me attested copy of this complaint so that I can submit to the service provider to block my mobile Nos.

I shall be obliged if you take necessary action to trace and recover my lost mobile. If you found the lost mobile, please inform me at Mobile No. 9873498988.
