mobile is not getting started

i purchased xolo q700s silver handset on 05/06/2014, this piece is quiet problematic from beginning. First of all the this mobile is getting heat very faster within 2 minutes of receiving or calling somebody. secondly the sound is too low.

Today i.e. on date:- 23/11/2014 this handset is not getting started at all. If any how it gets start, the screen become blur & the handset gets hand completely.

Now i want this problem to be resolved immediately.
